PROJECT GREEN CHALLENGE DAY 1

Why?

WHY ACT ON CLIMATE?

Welcome to Project Green Challenge. Today marks the beginning of a powerful journey. Over the next 30 days, you’ll explore the climate crisis through many lenses, take meaningful action, connect with a global community, and discover how your why your values, voice, and vision can transform awareness into agency and inspiration into impact.

Before we begin, take a moment to reflect. Why are you here? What kind of world do you imagine creating?

Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution.

This challenge isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about recognizing what drives you and letting that motivation fuel your steps forward. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by the state of the world, you are not alone. The climate crisis touches everything: the air we breathe, the food we eat, the health of our communities, the justice we seek, and the future we imagine.

And yet, why is where possibility begins.

We are proud to partner each day with businesses and organizations that put people and planet first. Companies like Acure show how intentional, values-led choices in the products you use every day can reflect a commitment to both human and environmental wellbeing. Organizations like Project Drawdown prove that when passion meets evidence, bold ideas can become tangible pathways to reversing global warming. Together, they show that your why is more than motivation, it’s a blueprint for change.

Project Green Challenge exists to help you transform uncertainty into purpose and connect what matters most to you with what the world urgently needs. Consistent actions can spark culture change, shift systems, and create lasting impact.

Over the next month, you’ll explore new ideas, challenge assumptions, and begin building the future you believe in. By the end of this journey, you’ll be ready to launch your own climate action project: grounded in your learning, fueled by your passion, and designed for a just, sustainable future.

Lead with your why — and let’s take the first step toward change together.
