Amanda Parker is the Managing Director of Cowgirl Creamery, located in Point Reyes, CA. Amanda comes from a business background, and began her journey working in cheese 12 years ago working in the retail side of cheese in New York City. A young and passionate leader, Amanda is dedicated to continuing the practices of the founders of Cowgirl Creamery, Peggy Smith and Sue Conley. She stands by the idea of dairy being used as a force for good, and is committed to maintaining the role that Cowgirl Creamery plays as a community hub and supporter of a local, regenerative, organic food systems.
